Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Hork, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of the service

Hork is an iOS application that helps you forecast personal savings, track transactions, set financial goals, and ask questions using an on-device AI assistant. All functionality runs locally on your device.

No financial advice

Hork provides forecasting and planning tools for personal use. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All projections are estimates based on data you provide. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Hork only for lawful personal finance purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code, or use the app in any way that violates Apple's App Store guidelines.

Your content

You own all data you enter into Hork. Because data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups. We cannot recover lost data.

Age requirement

Hork is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Intellectual property

Hork, its name, icon, and design are owned by the developer. You may not use any of these without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Hork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hork.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
